THIS IS MORE THAN IMMIGRATION POLICY. IT IS ABOUT WHETHER AMERICA IS A NATION OF LAW OR NOT!

Three separate judicial rulings support the rights of TWO foreign born non-American Citizens (p.10) to immigrate into America to attend the University of Washington State against the Rights of American Citizens to be safe from terrorists  and against the Clearly Constitutional Executive ORDER 13769  from the President that bans free entry from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen. Why worry about problems from Putin when Putin and the terrorists  has these judges in their corner?

The 9th Circuit court denied President Trumps constitutional power to protect Americans and instead mis-used their power to protect the rights of two foreign born non-American citizens. that’s what the State of Washington used to oppose a presidential order. TWO NON-CITIZENS.

Three rogue 9th Circuit court judges should be impeached for ruling the President doesn’t have the authority to ban non-Americans from seven countries from freely entering America. The courts thereby invited more terrorists to come to America to murder Americans. These judges openly violated the Constitution and made no effort to respect the law. They threw out the sovereignty of America without addressing a single statute, constitutional clause, and 200 years of the most settled case law, which permits Congress and the president to exclude entire classes of immigrants in a much more sweeping policy than what Trump enacted.

The three branches are not equal when one Federal Judge can stop a President. Clearly the un-elected judge has more power than the elected president. If they were equal it would be a standoff. The judge ORDERED the president to step aside from protecting our borders and American citizens. Who is the big dog now?
More people vote for the president than vote for anyone else in America. the judge should be impeached.

Congress must use its Article III Sec. II power and immediately move to strip lower courts of jurisdiction to grant rights to any foreign national to enter or remain in the country against the law.
