USE THE BLENDER! Find any recipe on the internet for pink soup but don’t waste your time cutting, chopping, dicing, slicing and julienning etc. Dump it into the blender and zippo, done.

2-3 medium size beets, boiled until sort of soft.
2 medium-size gerkin pickles
1/2 onion
2 pieces garlic
2 cucumbers, seeded
2 eggs, hard-boiled,
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 handful fresh dill,
1 handful fresh chives,
6 stalks spring onions,
4-5 radishes,
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Put it all in the blender. Pour into container(s) and get it cold.

Add vodka.
