Emotional intelligence isn’t “General Intelligence” or “G”. It’s Empathy, more of an attribute or a skill, empathy with people. Hillary is missing most of the ability to empathize with people. It’s why she’s seen as callous and cruel as for example in 1993 when she fired Billy Dale and the people at the White House Travel Office and gave their jobs to a friend. In 2000 Independent Counsel Robert Ray issued his final report on Travelgate. He said a friend of Watkins said that the First Lady had told Watkins to “fire the sons of bitches”. Ray confirmed some of Clinton’s statements were factually false.  She had pressured the FBI into investigating Billy Dale which ruined his reputation. Hillary didn’t care. She actually doubled down on her emotionless cruelty. She had fired seven people, lied about it, got away with it because she was the first lady, the first Dragon Lady ever to enter the White House, and learned she could be defiant and not be punished.
Columnist William Safire, who had endorsed Bill Clinton in the previous election, wrote that many Americans were coming to the “sad realization that our First Lady -a woman of undoubted talents who was a role model for many in her generation – is a congenital liar.” Heartless.

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to monitor other people’s emotions, to discriminate between them, label them and use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior. Emotional intelligence also reflects abilities to join intelligence, empathy and emotions to enhance thought and understanding of interpersonal dynamics. Hillary is not only missing EI or empathy, she reacts hyper-violently when accused of lacking people skills.

Vince Foster was Hillary’s close friend from her Arkansas days. Travelgate increased his depression which ultimately caused him to commit suicide and for Hillary to direct a break-in to his office to retrieve damaging information about herself “before the FBI got there”, her words. In March 1996 the House of Representatives voted 350–43 to reimburse the seven fired Travel Office Employees for all of their legal expenses;[47] in September 1996, Democratic Senator Harry Reid led an unsuccessful attempt to block this measure.[48] In May 1996, the seven filed a $35 million lawsuit against Harry Thomason and Darnell Martens, alleging unlawful interference with their employment and emotional distress.

On June 5, 1996, Clinger announced that the committee’s investigations had discovered that Hillary requested and received illegal access to Billy Dale’s FBI background check report seven months after the terminations, in what Clinger said was an improper effort to justify the firings. It was discovered that Hillary and Bill had additionally gotten improper access to hundreds of other FBI background reports, many on former White House employees in Republican administrations; thus was born the Filegate controversy.
Safire, wrote that Hillary Clinton was “a vindictive power player who used the FBI to ruin the lives of people standing in the way of juicy patronage.” Cruel.
Empathy encompass a broad range of emotional states, including caring for other people; experiencing emotions that match another person’s emotions; discerning what another person is thinking or feeling;[6] and making less distinct the differences between the self and the other. It also is the ability to feel and share another person’s emotions. Hillary is pathologically missing those abilities.
