The Constitution is clear about many things including what the President can do and some of the things he cannot do. President Obama has violated the Constitution and his Oath of Office when he gave out exemptions from the Affordable Care Act. The ACA is Obamacare and President Obama failed to enforce the law that was named after him. If he refuses to enforce a law that he signed and that’s named after him, that’s bad enough but when he issues exemptions from that law he goes into tyranny. Tyranny is an unrestrained use of power. President Obama did that when he used his power as President to give some people exemptions from the law named after him. He cannot deny that and he doesn’t. One question is: what is going to be done about it?
The more important question is when did he become an elected tyrant? He doesn’t have to break every law to be a lawbreaker just as a bank robber doesn’t have to rob every bank to be called a bank robber.
The Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional because it forces people to pay for something they may not need or want. The idea is that if everyone either buys medical insurance or pays a fine for not buying it then some people will not have to pay for it and others who cannot afford their own private medical insurance will be given medical insurance by using the money from the people who paid for it. That’s Socialized Medicine and it’s oppression and it’s tyranny. Tyranny is completely different than Socialism. Tyranny is the abuse of power. Sarah Palin said President Obama is guilty of Dereliction of Duty. That’s true but dereliction is different than oppression. A tyrant practices oppression. That’s what President Obama is doing. That’s Tyranny. It makes him a tyrant.
