Trump cancelled Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) as the Race-based Anti-White Program that it was. The damages to white people from jobs denied, admissions cancelled and costs imposed as well as the massive amount of psychological damage from false-guilt inposed upon white people is impossible to calculate but it easy to imagine the damage infliced in the name of race when the differences between the races is a matter of record.
