In this case the pre-nuptial agreement is between two fabulosly rich people but is is really lopsided for Taylor. She has to make absloutely certain to protect her future, first because it is her future, second because it now includes Travis, third because it may include their children who will share with each of their parents whatever wealth either one of them accrues starting now and going into the future. It’s very, very complicated and because the lawyers who are responsible have to take into account so many issues that are wildly variable but they can only use words in a pre-nuptial agreement and there is much more to life than words.
