A single engine Pacific Aerospace 750XL made in New Zealand has a powerful 750 hp turboprop and can lift  17 parachutists to 12,000 feet (3,700 m) and return to land in 10 minutes but on June 14, 2026 N221BN crashed near Butler, Missouri all aboard were killed. Most likely the engine lost power and the pilot apparently stalled the aircraft while trying to make an off-airport landing.
