They say: “Children do nothing wrong by being born in the United States”… Yes, …we get that but if neither parent is subject to the Jurisdiction of America they are not citizens of America. That’s so clear from the Fourteenth Amendment which reades in relavent part: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States…”
It’s the second part of the second clause: “….subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States” that gets them. Specifically children must be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States which they are not if neither parent is an American citizen. ….”
