It’s far more than just trash in the streets… Cuba was the home of uber-Communist Fidel Castro, his lesser brother Raul and the recipient of milliopn in aid from the USSR and the people were unable to get themselves out of their misery. 
The island of Cuba is blessed by nature with lovely weather, fertile soil and massive corruption that puts some of the worst places on earth to shame but corruption is the only way to live in a throughly corrupt culture. that’s Cuba where the trash sits rotting in the middle of the public square. Disgusting!…
