The bicycle was invented on June 12, 1817 and stolen 15 minutes later by DontariusTylonal Jackson according to the US Reporter and Weather Forecaster. 
Dontarius is also credited with inventing, engaging in and winning the first High-Speed Police Chase. Devonte was effusive in his praise of the bicycle as, he said; “I couldn’t go this fast before”. Onithelio Winston Jones gave two thumbs up to the lifework of Donataius who it is believed was directly responsible for increasing the size of the Portmandia police force.
