Estrogen is a harmone related to feminity and testosterone to maleness. Both males and females produce both. Gender Disphoria or gender confusiop happens when the levels get out of balance. GD can produce lesbians, gays, trans, bi-sexuals and while the line between all of them is usually very clear it becomes blurred with GD. An individual has no control over the natural production of estrogen or testosterone but there are processes and procedures to bring estrogen and testosterone into a more desirable state.
