They got 8,324 miles from Mogadishu in Somalia to Minneapolis in Minnesota and figured out how to collect millions from American government give-a-way programs and many got rich. Lets face it. A smart Somali can easily outwit a government bureaucrat five ways come Sunday so it’s not magic that got the Somali’s rich. Sure they broke the law but the law in America is far more strict than the law in Somalia where it’s OK to take money that’s almost begging to be taken so they did what comes naturally and took it.
