Those who claim Trump needed the approval of congress to capture Maduro are wrong because America is not at war against Venezuela so Congress did not need to approve the president’s actions in Venezuela. As George W. Bush said: “I’m the deceider”!
Maduro was a Drug Dealer hiding behind the presidency of Venezuela. All of the legitimate nations should have stopped Maduro but only Donald Trump had the curage and fortitude to do it.
