Nature includes stillbirths and spontaneous abortions. While a spontaneous abortion can happen from pre-conception until birth and the result can range from birth to still birth to many, many other results, it is very dangerous for politicians to decide on a medical issue. Pregnancy ranges from wonderful to fatal and government needs to be very careful when it gets involved in an issue that includes physical and mental capabilities and capacities of a woman who is an actual life. Government cannot and must not regulate medical issues where there is a choice or even when there is no choice.
