the GGovernment of China controls the rate of exchange of it’s currency. American dollars freely float in response to worldwide demand for U.S. dollars. China controls the float of their currency. It’s called a dirty float because it’s not free like America’s. In a word, China cheats. China follows China rules. Trump knew that or he should have known it and if he didn’t know it it’s the fault of his expert advisors.
