She is a Doctor of Philosophy and entitled to be called “Doctor” and to be referred to as Doctor Jill Biden or Doctor Biden. She had to write a “Thesis”, a paper which she did. Her paper is about 80 pages that explain a problem and proposes some solutions. It is not written at a high level but it is clear enough and that’s all that’s required. She did a lot of research and her Thesis documents a lot of it. Without the research the problem would not be as clear as she made it.
