He claimed that a house in Maryland was his residence while he was a Senator In California. Senators must reside in the same state they represent so Schiff clearly was sort of claiming to Live In or Inhabit two places at the same time which is impossible except for Saints and Angels who can be everywhere at the same time. Schiff is not an angel. Schiff is not a Saint either so he must have violated at least one mandatory requirement for a United States Senator.
