The Constitution says he can’t be ELECTED more than twice but he could be: APPOINTED; NAMED TO or even COMMANDED to be the president. That’s not prohibited. So he’s correct. He could have a third term but the heavy bet is that he has plenty of time to accomplish and achieve what he wants so he will finish this term and we will see what happens next.
