Elon Musk has an impossible job. He’s supposed to make government efficient.. It’s like making dry water… Can’t be done. It’s like making a commoner Megan Markle royalty.. Can’t be done.. Government is force. Efficiency is not an attribute of force. Muck can cut costs… Musk can lower costs.. Musk cannot make Government efficient because force is not made to be efficient. Force is an element of Power. Power is about strength. Power is all about force and those who use force to make people act against their will are not interested in efficiency. Musk can and will cut costs but Musk cannot cut power. Oh… Oh yes… Because government is about power and force is doesn’t belong where power isn’t needed.
