He’s a very old dude who’s doing just about what you’d expect for an aging dude. Joe is in better shape than people who’ve passed away and in less than as good as shape as people who are in much better shape than Joe. then there’s Hunter’s laptop… just about as bad for Joe as it could be because it proves how much Joe was in on the take…he lied that his son Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation, “a Russian plant” and “a bunch of garbage.” Joe may not be an old poopy-pants but it certainly seems he comes as close to it as just about every old poopy-pants.
