As is typical for prevaricators, Biden is calling Hunters PARDON a COMMUTATION. That’s a fancy word for pardon. A commutation is the substitution of a lesser penalty for that given after a conviction for a crime. In other words, Biden can commute Hunters sentence to a pardon while lying about the pardon by calling it a commutation. The lesser penalty can be probation without reporting which is not exactely a pardon but to the accused it’s the same thing. No time in jail. Then he can have the record disappear. That’s called an EXPUNGEMENT. So: COMMUTATION ~ EXPUNGEMENT = PARDON!!!
