An Assault On America…. An Anti-Trump, biased, therefore illegal judge, an individual born outside of America to Columbian parents; born in Bogata, Columbia; parents; appointed as a judge by a Democrat mayor, Michael Bloomberg; Juan Merchan is a fraud because he is severly biased therefore he cannot be an impartial judge. Can Mechan be fair and impartial? Probably,… because of his Liberal/Left past, probably not against Donald Trump. While Merchan has the duty and the responsibility of being fair and impartial, he seems to have already breached both of those concepts by ruling against Trump’s Eighth Amendment Right to unusual punishments because Trump remains innocent until he is found guilty which of course hasn’t happened yet.

Trump or someone in authority needs to step up and get this judge to step down. Recusal is proper and called for in this instance. Merchan gotta go!
