Individuals have different fingerprints as well as different brains. If an individual commits a crime they should be punished but punishment without a crime is an even worse crime. If Robert F. Kennedy Jr. doesn’t understand that he should be removed from the ballot for president.In addition, treating individuals because of their race is illegal in America. No one can be rewarded because of their race. Illigitimate rewards are as wrong as illigitimate punishments. Both are illegal; both are wrong. If you desire to treat someone different because of their race it is on you. The government is prohibited from doing it. You can spend your time, effort and treasure as you please so long as it doesn’t harm anyone. You may not treat someone who doesn’t desire your treatment. Government however can use force to treat an individual so government is dangerous and must be controlled. That’s why forcing someone to pay government taxes must be highly controlled.
