Corruption… Corruption at the highest levels and it is ongoing and it will not stop until the Biden administration is out of power. He and they have done everything and most likely would like to reach back and call for the medieval punishment of the whipping post which was outlawed by the cruel and unusual punishment clause in the American Constitution but whipping and birching were abolished in British prisons in 1967. In the USA whipping was last used as a punishment in Delaware in 1952 when a man was sentenced to 20 lashes. Delaware was the last state to abolish whipping as a punishment, in 1972. Thats only 51 years ago.
