At first, nothing much will change because as Americans we want to give everyone a fair shot. It’s part of our DNA… Besides, ending Affirmative Action is not so easy because, for example in one small county outside Philadelphia there are over 50 programs, committees, and organizations committed to race-based preferences. So ending Affirmative Action is not happening. It may sound good and it may put off the illiterate rubes who clamor against it but America will continue to at least lean in the direction of granting favors to a small number of people. It’s just the way we are and it’s just how it is.
