Its a kangroo court: a stacked deck. No opposition. No opponent. No one speaking out against the DA and the DA can simply cherry-pick some facts, all of the facts of anything are never available anyhow, and the jury does whatever the DA tells them he want’s done. It’s how the legal system works. The law requires the guilty party to be held innocent but the process begins with a guilty verdict from the Grand Jury. Can Donald Trump get a fair trial? Not in Manhattan. Not from a DA like Bragg. The deck then becomes stacked against the DA because the guilty person has a guaranteed appeal but it’s an appeal from a guilty verdict. Of course if the right thing is done Trump will be found “Not Guilty” which is a stacked deck kind of result. He cannot be found innocent. That’s forbidden. He can only be found “Not Guilty” but the damage to him is already done by the stacked deck of the Grand Jury.
