Records can be eliminated by expungement, a proceedure to eliminate any reference about the existence of a record. The president can issue a pardon at any point in a criminal proceeding. A judge must issue an Order of Expungement however the president has the authority to remove a federal judge. A District Attorney must be removed from office by a judicial order or when his term runs out. For Bragg that’s in 2026 so we are stuck with this fathead for three more awful years..
