UNSAFE!!……….FLEE!!…. LEAVE ASAP!!!

The chemicals seeped quickly into the ground so they were not affected by the burn-off. They are still there and their toxic gasses are being released into the air and will continue to be released into the air for longer than anyone in the government will tell the residents. The chemicals were in liquid form. Liquid is subject to the force of gravity so liquids go down which in this case means they went down into the ground under the train derailment. They are still there. They will stay there until they dissapate or they are removed. There is no plan to remove them.
