In a version of “FUCK CHINA” President Joe Biden sent a thousand drones with loud air-hornes over China to make a lot oc moise and to map every square inch of the place. In addition a thousand hot-air balloons were also released to fly over China making a loud whistling noise to make it impossible for the Chinese to sleep. A large whistle is a lot less expensive than a stealth balloon like China sent over the U.S.
