Communism means all property belongs to the state. Assemblyman Adam Lee wants people who leave California to continue to pay more taxes to California after they leave California. Sounds Communistic to a lot of analyists. It requires a tax of a minimum of $15 million dollars a year and is triggered by having property worth One Billion Dollars. Adam Lee’s parents came to America from Hong Kong, a city owned by Red China which is throughly totalitarian which is even worse than Communism. China may be the worst country to try to live in in the world because of the totalitarian government and the totalitarian mindset in induces in people. Lee lives in America but the spirit of free enterprise failed to instill itself in him.
