If abortion is permitted in one state then it’s legal. If it’s not permitted in another state it’s still legal in the first state. Right now 42 states permit abortion, 8 prohibit it. This is crazy. How can the same thing be simultaneously legal and illegal? Only in Cloud Coo-Coo Land but that’w where the US Supreme Court put America.
