From Philly to Billings Montana is 2,005 miles and Mapquest and other apps show it’s possible to drive there in 1 day and 2 hours yet the US Postal Service takes 7 days to deliver one letter. Why does it take the post office seven times longer to deliver a letter? MASSIVE INCOMPETANCE! The incompetence is massive. It would have to be massive for a failure so large. It would take a jet airliner just four hours to fly from Philly to Billings. It would take a fast train travelling 60 miles and hour, a slow speed in the year 2022, 34 hours to travel the 2,005 miles a fast train like the Trans European Express which travels at 185 miles an hour eleven(11) hours to make the trip but it takes the post office 168 hours which is 7 days to make the trip. It would take the pony express 58 hours to make the trip on horses but it takes the incompetent US Postal Service three times longer than a horseback rider. Why? Massive incompetence. that’s what we get for hiring incompetent people to do the work of competent people.
