Instead of clearly supporting the Right of a woman to an abortion, the stupid majority of the Supreme Court cancelled that Right and hopes each individual state will somehow come up with a solution. Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett — have agreed to overturn Roe v Wade. What they have done is support the Right to an abortion and destroy the Right to an abortion. That’s clearly and unequivocally stupid. No one can be for and against the same thing. Here’s the proof of the dumb-assed thinking.
From the Leaked Dobbs Decision: “Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives.
The judgment of the Fifth Circuit is reversed, and the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion… It is so ordered.
