English is the Lingua Franca of the world. It’s a first language of America and England and the second language of just about every other country. If you want to move, travel or do business in a foreign country, you can bet English will work. So Americans are paying for the Ukie’s to get Rosetta Stone or some other language course so they can learn English. Well,,,… That’s better than them learning Russian.
