“Don’t Steal” is so important a moral principle that it’s been elevated into a Commandment. You can even steal from yourself which you may decide to do to foster patriotism but in the process you are wasting some of your treasure. Wasting treasure is theft. If you want to punish “The Chinese” by “Buying American” you should admit you are betraying yourself by wasting your some of your money and you are betraying Capitalism which rewards the lowest cost producer.
