He’s still the man elected the 45th president and he will be for the rest of his life the 45th president unless he runs again and becomes the 47th president too. Nothing stops him from meeting with and talking to the leaders of other countries and making deals with them as long as he does it legally which means he cannot commit the armed forces or make laws but he is free to discuss anything he wants to discuss as per the First Amendment. “Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom of speech…” Donald Trump’s term as the 45th president is over.
