Anyone in any federal agency is in possession of their Rights under the US Constitution to  express themselves in a way they decide to express themselves. They may call the Wuhan Virus the Wuhan Virus, the China Virus, the Chinese Virus or the Biden Virus. It’s up to them, not Joebiden to decide what they want to express and say.
