David Chipman is nuts about guns. He want’s to eliminate them all. He should be rejected as someone to head The Bureau Of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Chipman is nuts about a lot of things. He thinks the government massacre at Waco was because the victims shot down government helicopters. Yeah… And there are little green men inside everyone’s heads that tell people what to do.
