It’s a hard thing to call when someone goes into intellectual decline and it’s happened to ex-president Obama. His best intellectual days are behind him. He was never a high functioning intellectual. His intellect is actually below normal according to all of the information about him and about intellectual functioning. His father was an alcoholic and died early at age 46. His mother wasn’t a high functioning intellectual. Her intellect was low normal and the proof is she never achieved anything related to high intellectual functioning. Obama was brought up without an actual parent.
