Had an IPhone 6s. Fell out of a chair on which one leg collapsed. Screen cracked. Still worked but didn’t care for the series of cracks. Bought a new Samsung S20+. Total cost $1,271.99… It was too long for my pocket. Returned it to COSTCO.. Long story how COSTCO charged my AT&T account but only refunded the tax of $72. Took a week, two trips to COSTCO and many telephone calls to get the refund… Bought a used IPhone 6s from Ebay. AT&T wouldn’t activate it because COSTCO didn’t tell them I had returned the Samsung S20 More phone calls to get the credit for the Samsung. Had to buy a new sim card. Trip to AT&T with a wrong address provided by a dyslectic helper at AT&T. New sim cost $5.30. at AT&T. Online cost $0.99 but it takes a few days to ship it. AT&T store wouldn’t accept cash. …. Finally…. FINALLY the replacement IPhone 6s is working. Hope your experience has a lot less hassle.
