THAT MAKES THEM A PUBLISHER… A Publisher is responsible for the words they publish, unlike a billboard which carries no responsibulity for the words it reprodces.. Trump can now allow them to be considered a publisher and treated like a publisher that can be sued for libel, defamation and damages..
