His wife Jill Tracy Jacobs Biden doesn’t deserve to have to witness the tragic end of his professional career. Jill is simply too nice of a person to be subjected to this horrible political ending. And it is ending.
In a merciful universe the end will be the re-election of Donald Trump but Joe is in decline; a rather severe decline that shouldn’t have to be played out in public. He deserves better. Jill deserves better. A walk-off into the sunset. A few waves from the back porch; getting into the limo… A graceful end of the story that has had a few too many disappointments even with almost getting to the top of the mountain.. Joe does not have what it takes to beat president Trump.. He just doesn’t and it shouldn’t have to be confirmed in the arena. Joe and Jill need a happy ending or at least a private walk-off.
