On April 26, 1986 a nuclear reactor at Chernobyl, Ukraine melted down and exploded. On October 3, 2019, 33 years later president Trump spoke to Volodymyr Zelenskiy the president of Ukraine. Boom! Another explosion in Ukraine. Both explosions had fallout. The first was radioactivity, the second was Hell to Pay.
