No Cory, it defies logic to restrict freedom by requiring a license to speak therefore there is no license needed to exercise free speech. Same for buying a gun. there is no need to license a Right. It’s immoral and un-ethical for the government to grant people permission to buy a gun when buying a gun is already approvedin advance by the government.
