Using race to attack a duly elected American President is about as racist as it’s possible to get. Either race is off the table or people who use it are racist. There’s no third choice.
Non-White skinned racist Democratic lawmakers, Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez , Ilhan Omar , Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley call the president “lawless” and condemned his treatment of illegal aliens on the border and their removal from America, aka. deportation.
“This is the agenda of white nationalists” Omar said of what she called Trump’s “blatantly racist attack.” That’s Omar’s admission that she can use her black African race but the president cannot. The congresswoman ewaponded to trumps remarks by saying she would not respond to Trump’s “ridiculous” claims earlier Monday that she supports al Qaeda. She needs to read what she said to see the contradictions.
Ocasio-Cortez said, “I am not surprised” by the president’s actions. So what’s her beef?
President Trump refused to back down, tweeting: “the Radical Left Congresswomen” need to “apologize to our Country, the people of Israel and even to the Office of the President, for the foul language they have used, and the terrible things they have said. So many people are angry at them & their horrible & disgusting actions!” He condemned Democrats for “unit[ing] around the foul language & racist hatred spewed from the mouths and actions of these very unpopular & unrepresentative Congresswomen,” adding that “I can tell you that they have made Israel feel abandoned by the U.S.”
