The title is sarcasm..
It’s reported: “The View Would Like Joe Biden to Please Keep Kissing and Hugging Women.” Yeah…. But I’ll bet these wack-a-doo’s want president Trump to keep away from their personal spaces.

“Well, it’s hard to say to somebody who’s sniffing your hair,” Joy Behar said.
“No it’s not!” Goldberg replied.
It would have been far better if Biden kept his hands and nose to himself.
