Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx probably will and arguably should lose her job next year over her office’s mis-handling of the Jussie Smollett case. He lied that he was beaten outside of the Loews Hotel by two white men in ski masks who yelled racist and homophobic slurs, and championed “MAGA country,” as they tied a rope around his neck and poured bleach on him.

The Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association (IPBA) has condemned Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx for her handling of the Jussie Smollett case, calling her dismissal of the charges, and public statements, unethical and misleading.

Presidential candidate Kamala Harris piled on against president Trump’s admirers and called the incident a “modern-day lynching,” but it was a lynching carried out by a gay black man. Who was lynched? White people in general and president Trump in particular. This case has infuriated all of us who wanted to see the accused selfish charlatan at least humbled and fined for planning and executing such an ugly hoax against white people in general and president Trump in particular. It’s more than an outrage. It’s because of the unquestionable nature of a gay black hater being protected instead of being prosecuted. It’s worse than a double standard because there are more than two standards that are being violated here by the prosecutor and Smollett who is now let off the hook for committing 16 felonies in Chicago. The grand jury returned a 16 count indictment. Foxx’s betrayal of the public’s understandable expectations of justice in the Smollett case will taint her career as it should. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel also called the decision to drop the charges “a whitewash of justice,” citing the grand jury’s decision to bring 16 felony charges after seeing “a sliver” of evidence. He accused the prosecutors of treating Smollett differently from other defendants because of his fame. It was also because of being gay, being black and being famous. It turned a farce into tragedy against America.

Retired police detective and forensic criminologist Dr. Ron Martinelli says Chicago must get to the bottom of what happened in the Jussie Smollett case.

“When you have some sort of allegation of the possibility of prosecutorial corruption, the people that are supposed to be the guardians of Cook County are acting in this manner, that’s a real problem. This is the big fish to fry,” said Martinelli.

It’s past the time some justice should flow the correct way. It’s time for the constant attacks against white people to stop.

Smollett and Foxx (what is it about these extra mean mean nothing letters in their names?)… this case has increased the division, hate and bitterness among Americans. It’s a disgrace and another Left-wing-nut driven disaster and crime driven into the race gulf which is bad and getting worse.

Ans so much nonsense about America being a post-racial culture after electing a black man as president. It’s worse than ever…
