Proving most Americans know that people kill people, in January the NRA collected almost $248,000 in individual contributions. In February they collected more than $779,000.
The Left – Liberal backlash against the NRA backfired because Anti-Second Amendment lawmakers failed to account for the large number of Americans who cherish freedom and Liberty and show it by their embrace of their Constitutionally unique support of an armed citizenry that catalyzed the donation increases; the NRA received 51 donations of more than $200 — totaling $27,100 — in the first two weeks of February and 226 donations — totaling $70,870 — of more than $200 in the two weeks after the shooting, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.
