Self-Serve Ordering means more of your time wasted reading and poking a screen to order instead of just telling a clerk what you want. No way to add extra onions for example….
One guy got so mad he said he’d like to break all the windows. Some people just turn around and leave. Plus the prices went up. Head for Burger King..
No more McDonalds for this family..
There are still scads of people working and running around so McDonalds wan’t be saving any money and some orders will be lower because the menu items are hard to find. McDonalds want’s you to find the general category for the items you want then find the specific item thengo to yet another screen to list the things you want with the item like lo-cal sweetner, Splenda, and so on. Instead of just telling the clerk you want cream and sugar you must pole at the screen to find what you want and then add the item then confirm the item then get a number for the puck to show which table you are at so a waiter can find you and deliver your order.
Lots of added stuff you must do which adds to the time you must waste waiting to get your food.
with nothing good for you as a result.
The clown must have dreamed all this up….
Horrible.. Never again.
