He’s wrong, wrong, wrong. You cannot speak freely in anyone’s house. They are in charge of what is said in their house and can freely kick out anyone who says things they don’t like.
Say something disagreeable in a bar and don’t be surprised when someone punches you in your nose.
Free speech only means government cannot prosecute you for speaking but they can prosecute for any damage done by your speech, …. like inciting a riot or the damage done by yelling FIRE in a crowded theatre when there is no fire.
